The Bach Concert Series Choir numbers 40 singers. The choir rehearses on Sunday afternoons from 5 PM till 7:15 PM at Christ Lutheran Church, 701 S. Charles St. in the Inner Harbor. The choir also rehearses on the second Tuesday of each month from 7:30 PM till 9:30 PM. Free parking is available in the church lot adjacent to the church. The choir rehearses from September through May. Singers may audition to join throughout the year.

Music Director, T. Herbert Dimmock, looks for singers who can sight read well and blend with other voices. The Bach Concert Series Choir is known for its friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

  • The Bach Concert Series acknowledges the William G. Baker, Jr. Memorial Fund, creator of the Baker Artist Awards, www.BakerArtistAwards.org, for partially funding a staff position, development consultation and a Working Capital Reserve for the Bach Concert Series.
